By accessing and using NavaNode, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
NavaNode provides a unified portal for various AI model generations, including image and video generation. The service is provided on a credit-based subscription model.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You agree to use NavaNode for lawful purposes only. Content generated using our service must not violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, or contain prohibited content (e.g., hate speech, explicit illegal acts).
Credits purchased or provided via subscription allow you to use AI models. Credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise specified. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
You retain ownership of the output you generate, subject to the license terms of the underlying AI model providers (e.g., Black Forest Labs, Google DeepMind, etc.). NavaNode does not claim ownership of your generated content.
NavaNode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page.
